Returns There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product. If you wish to return a product(s), you must inform the PoolCues4You.com, within 30 days and then go to http://www.yourshipping.com/ and generate the return form to include in the package. If this does not happen, we do not know where the package came from and you will not receive credit for the return. All products must be unused. Pool cues should not have any chalk on them. If it is chalked and gently used, we will issue a credit for 80% of the full value.Please include the following information: Name, address, and email Phone number to contact you Product(s) list and why returning Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider's online tracking system to know when we have received your package. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to us. NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. EXCHANGE Unused items may be sent back for credit on new items (less the shipping charges). You have up to 30 days to return the item in the original packaging. DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCTS If a product arrives damaged, PoolCues4You.com must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement is sent out.
You will be refunded in the same manner of payment that you paid for the original order with. For example, if the order was placed with a Visa card then it will be refunded to that same Visa credit card. Please allow up to 30 days for returns to be processed. If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel, refuse the product(s) when received and it will be returned to us. You will receive a refund after the product has been returned and processed. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
